I was feeling a bit down in the dumps after a lull in my day – so I decided to quickly write out some positive affirmations to improve my day. As I write them and then read them back, I really try to capture the feelings that these affirmations give me inside and hold onto it.
I am happy, I am talented and successful. All good things come to me. I am a writer. I am strong and healthy. I am loved. I am loving. I am grateful for all I have been blessed with. I am content. I live an abundant life full of blessings. I am filled with love for my family. I adore my children and my husband. They bring me so much joy. I am grateful for my job and the opportunities it offers to me. I have a strong mind, a healthy body and am blessed to live in abundance and prosperity. I feel so rich and blessed and happy. I feel that my life is absolutely a gift. I love my life, my family and every blessing that I have been given. I am thankful for all I have and I am grateful to be the person I am.
Next time you feel negativity taking over your day – try writing and then really feeling your own positive affirmations and see if it helps you as much as it always helps me. Look through your favourite photographs, listen to your favourite song, wear your favourite clothes and eat your favourite foods. Remind yourself of all that you are grateful for and feel grateful that you are you 😃
